Because your order will come directly from our factory in China or United States to keep the costs as low as possible, but that also mean not very fast delivery time. Please allow up to 10-12 days for your order to be delivered. You may request your Tracking ID upon dispatch or contact us for an update.
After your purchase is complete, we will organise for your order to be dispatched as soon as possible. You will receive two emails from WiggyShop, one confirming your order has been placed and one including a tracking link so you can stay in the loop.
- We start processing and packing your order as speedily as possible after you make the purchase. This helps us to send your goods quickly but this also means that we might be unable to make changes to your order, including delivery address, changing colours and sizes or removing items later.
- We don’t charge any delivery fees and there is no minimum amount you have to spend.
